We utilize a variety of methods to ship your merchandise. We can ship using small parcel, LTL (Less-Than-Truckload), and FTL (Full Truckload) carriers. Unless otherwise stated, our customers are responsible for all freight charges. We can provide shipping quotes upon request.
For domestic small parcel shipments, we use UPS, FedEx and USPS. Cut-off time for urgent same-day parcels is 1:00 pm PST.
For international small parcel shipments, we use DHL and AAE Express.
For LTL and FTL shipments, we utilize a variety of carriers and can provide quotes within 24-48 hours of the initial inquiry.
Customers may also request freight charges be billed to their personal or authorized third-party shipper account. Please notify us in advance of any such requests so we can proceed accordingly.
Returns for defective merchandise are accepted within 90 days of receipt of goods with valid return authorization number only. To receive an authorization number, please complete the return request form within 10 days of receipt of goods.
Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customer's error are subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges incurred.
Customers will receive credit back to their account for authorized returns as soon as the merchandise is returned to our warehouse and inspected by our staff. Credit can be applied to the next order or any outstanding balances owed to Victory Sportswear, Inc. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds at this time.
